Can be made to be open plan is needed. Extra downstairs toilet, walkin downstairs cupboard with plumbing for washing machine. As well as big balcony there is also a lovely communal garden.
I am first tenant since it has been built so its all new, bright throughout and carpeted. Pets allowed (I have two cats).
Close to school, shop, po, bus stop, butchers, doctors, park and fields.
Due to my growing family I am in need of a 3/4 bedroom house with a garden (large if possible) Will consider Bevendean, Highway, Hollingdean, Patcham, Hollingbury, Hove, Portslade, Southwick, Shoreham areas.
